– Exchange credit information with other credit providers for loan assessment, collections, or to notify defaults;

– Request credit information from agencies after 14 days if your application is not complete.
3.2 Authorisation to Act
You authorise BuyFi to:
– Obtain consumer or commercial credit reports on your behalf;
– Share your personal and credit information with relevant parties to arrange your loan;
– Continue acting on your behalf for the life of your loan unless revoked in writing.
3.3 Guarantor Agreement
If you are a guarantor, you consent to:
– The Approached Credit Provider obtaining your credit report;
– Your information being used to assess your suitability as a guarantor;
– Credit data being exchanged with other credit providers.
